I am here to facilitate soul returning home to the body, so we can lead lives of purpose and resiliency, together.

This ever-unfolding journey has encouraged me down many winding paths where I have touched the truth of my soul, depth of my heart, and wisdom of my body.

I was a pre-professional ballet dancer at my first turning point, when I decided not to undergo surgery and left my (then) career path. I chose to study psychology, and once I graduated college, was on the lookout for ways to blend the psyche with the body for healing. I discovered the field of somatic therapy and never looked back. My second turning point, after diving into this work, was a dark night of the soul that cut me off from all I thought I wanted, and invited me into walking the path of my dharma.

I realized there could not be a present uninformed by the past. We must truly honor what is real in our bodies in order to release the grip of our projections. In order to create a life in alignment with our highest Self, we have to witness the inner child, and all that’s come in the way of our life force flowing through our body. We all have the innate capacity to heal and experience fullness in our lives, if we’re willing to make the commitment. And this means feeling it, not thinking about it.

So here, at turning point three, I am taking all that I’ve learned so far, through emotional integration, breath, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, subconscious repatterning, and conscious movement, and lending my hand (heart) to those also committed to their growth.

I look forward to walking with you…

 In reverence,

Rylee
