Somatic Movement Session

Movement is life! So much movement is focused on muscles, but we can be in mindful relationship with our organs, fluids, and fascia too. Utilize this evening time to regulate and feel more grounded moving into the weekend.

Floor space and a mat or blanket to lay down are recommended for these sessions. I will lead for most of the time with a few minutes at the end for q&a. Registration required at least 24hrs in advance. Link will be sent out the morning of.

All are welcome; No experience necessary.
