Somatic Awareness Session

Nothing shifts until you become aware of it. Take this midweek morning to recalibrate and maintain connection to yourself so you can stay engaged with the world around you.

These online sessions are meditative in nature and are therefore relatively still. I recommend being in a comfortable place with as little distraction as possible. I lead most of the session, leaving a few minutes at the end for q&a. Registration required at least 24hrs in advance. Link will be sent out the night before.

All are welcome; No experience necessary.
